Signing up means you will use ClassSpot only in the manner it was designed — connecting NZ studios and movers respectfully and honestly.

Our privacy commitment: we handle personal data carefully, never on-sell it, and provide opt-outs for marketing at any time.

Terms & Conditions

These terms apply whenever you browse, create an account, sign up for early access, list availability, or book classes through ClassSpot.

Account eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, provide accurate information, and keep your login details secure. Businesses must have authority to represent their studio.

Service usage

By enrolling, you agree to use ClassSpot solely for discovering, listing, or booking legitimate fitness classes in New Zealand.

Booking commitments

Studios commit to honoring accepted bookings. Clients agree to show up on time and comply with the studio’s onsite rules.

Payment handling

All transactions are processed in NZD. We reserve the right to place pending or completed bookings on hold if we detect fraud or policy breaches.

Content & reviews

User-submitted reviews must be accurate, respectful, and free from private information. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Acceptable use

Help us protect the integrity of the marketplace. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated data extraction.
No attempts to bypass booking limits, waitlists, or security features.
No unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory behavior toward ClassSpot staff, studios, or other members.
No resale of ClassSpot access, bookings, or promotional credits without written approval.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the acceptable use policy, misuse bookings, or compromise the experience of other members.

Privacy & data handling

Your trust matters. Here is how we collect, store, and use personal data across the platform.

Data collection

We collect only the information needed to operate your account, handle payments, and improve the marketplace (contact details, preferences, and booking history).

Data storage & security

Personal data is stored on secure, access-controlled systems in compliance with NZ privacy law. We employ encryption in transit and monitoring for unusual activity.

No on-selling promise

We never sell personal information to third parties. Data is shared only with the studio you book with, payment providers, and essential infrastructure partners.

Transparency & control

You may request a data export, correction, or deletion at any time. Opt out of marketing emails with one click.

Consent & communications

By registering, you consent to receiving operational emails (booking confirmations, receipts, policy updates). You may opt into marketing updates such as new studio launches or promotions, and opt out at any time.
